BEFORE YOU SIGN UP

FIRST TIME CLIENTS

First time clients must be checked in and on their rower by the start of the scheduled class time. The first few minutes of class is designed to help new rowers learn proper rowing form and it is critical for first time rowers to be present for the first 4 to 5 minutes of class .

RUNNING LATE

Running late but on your way? Give us a call at (773) 359-8562 to let us know. No one will be admitted into class more than 5 minutes after class start

WAITLIST

If a class is fully booked, you can opt to be placed on the waitlist, and we will notify you via email if a spot opens up. If you don’t get a notification in advance, but you’re in the neighborhood, we encourage you to drop into the studio to see there are any last-minute cancellations or no-shows. If you are on the waitlist and you do not receive an email that you made it into the class, the credit will be reapplied to your account for future use.

EARLY/LATE CANCEL

Class reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled class. Each class not cancelled within the 24 hour deadline will result in a loss of one class from the purchased series.

REFUNDS / EXPIRATIONS

All class pack and membership purchases are final. No refunds, no exceptions. Single Class Passes, 10-Class Packs, and 20-Class Packs expire 6 months from date of purchase. The Monthly Memberships start on the bill date and are reoccurring starting on the contract start date and automatically renews unless cancelled at least 30 days in advance of the next billing date.

CLASS ENROLLMENT

Pre-registration for class is extremely encouraged. To sign up please click HERE. If you show up to the studio unregistered we can not guarantee you a spot.
