    Unlike other forms of cardio, rowing works the entire body at the same time Legs, Core, and Arms. Combining rowing with muscle sculpting weight exercises we have created a workout that challenges every part of your system.

    As the most joint friendly type of workout, unlike spinning rowing works what’s called your “full range” of muscles so you are lengthening and strengthening muscle at the same time.

    Work more muscles than spinning, get better cardio than yoga, and less impact than running. Rowing is the best way to burn calories without sacrifice losing lean muscle. Work every muscle in your body and burn more than 700 calories in one 45 minute class.

Signature Row

You’re never to far from your rower during this 45 minute sprint to the finish. Our Signature Row combines rowing shorter intervals combined with off the rower dynamic sculpting exercises using free weights and bodyweight.

Intro Row

This 50 minute active workshop will introduce you to rowing and teach you all that you need to know in order to get an amazing full body rowing workout. By keeping the class size small we keep the focus on form and have the ability to provide individualized attention when needed.

ROGA

Roga starts with 20 minutes of a heart-pumping, total body cardio and sculpt workout on our indoor rowing machines, and then get into a 40 minute vinyasa flow, focusing on aligning your breath to your movement.

Awesome, Welcome to the crew!
We recommend trying to take an intro row class but if you can’t make it don’t worry. We keep class sizes small so you can receive additional instruction if necessary.

There are 2 ways to schedule classes; either go to the schedule tab and scroll through the schedule until you find a class that you would like to sign up for. Then click the “Sign Up” button and confirm your class by clicking continue. If you are already a member type in your account information and click purchase. If it’s your first time, create an account to complete your reservation.
No, we do not have showers. But we do have lockers to store your things and a bathroom to change in.
Instead of offering a free class for your first time, we have an even better deal for you. For new clients only we offer a 1 week unlimited pass for $30 so you can try as many classes or instructors as you’d like.
